Data collected

The contact form collects: name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. No other personal data is collected.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tool.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used solely to answer your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Messages are delivered by Resend (resend.com) and the site is hosted by OVH in France. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Messages are kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact.

Client area

The client area is reserved for Databbas clients holding credentials, which we create ourselves. Signing in processes your email address and password; the content you can consult is that of the campaigns carried out for your organisation, for the agreed access period.

Your browser stores a session token locally so you do not have to sign in again on every page. It is strictly necessary for the service you requested and is not used for any audience measurement; signing out erases it.

Authentication and campaign data are hosted by Supabase, within the European Union (Ireland).

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@databbas.com.
